BUILDING DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS
Inspections are required. Permit holders must schedule an inspection 24 hours prior to inspection. To schedule an inspection, inquire about the inspection process, or whether an inspection is required, please contact City Building Inspector, Steve Williams.

The nature and scope of a project will determine the inspections required. The City will issue a Certificate of Occupancy once all inspections (City & State) have been performed, found to be code compliant, and all City fees paid.
Note: Plumbing and Electrical codes are inspected and enforced by the State of North Dakota Plumbing and Electrical Boards.
