Position Summary: Assists the City Planner in managing and coordinating the City’s planning efforts, including: work with the Planning Commission and City Council and the provision of information to the public regarding land use regulations and processes, review development proposals and work with developers to reach agreement on acceptable site plans, landscaping plans, and Planned Unit Development and subdivision proposals to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations; prepare written analyses, findings, and recommendations for approval or rejection.
